مشاهده میگوی ریز شفاف در آب های جزیره کیش

به گزارش گلونی در جریان یک رشته عملیات غواصی در اطراف کشتی مغروق داما، میگوی شفافی با رگه‌‌های قرمز رنگ از جنس Manitpontonia sp. به صورت همزیست در لابلای مرجان‌های سیاه (Black corals) در عمق حدود ۳۰ متر تصویر برداری شد (عکس خبر).

این میگو (میگوی ریز شفاف) معمولاً به صورت همزیست در هیدرها، گرگون‌ها و مرجان‌های سیاه زیست می‌کند (Bruce et al., ۲۰۰۵).

پیش از این میگوی Manitpontonia persiana از آب‌های خلیج فارس گزارش شده است (Marin, 2010)، اما در حال حاضر مشخص نیست که گونه تصویر برداری شده همان میگو باشد.

ظاهراً این میگو دارای دو گونه دیگر با نام‌های M.psamathe و M.paeneglabra نیز هست.

البته با جمع آوری و شناسایی نمونه‌هایی از آن مشخص خواهد شد که میگوی تصویر برداری شده از چه گونه‌ای است.

Observation of the translucent shrimp Manipontonia sp. in association with black coral in the waters of Kish Island

During a series of diving operations around the Dama shipwreck off SE of Kish Island, a transparent shrimp with red streaks of the genus Manitpontonia sp. was observed and photographed. The shrimp is in symbiosis with black corals at a depth of about 30 meters (news photo).

This shrimp usually lives symbiotically in hyders, gorgons and black corals (Bruce et al., 2005). Previously, Manitpontonia persiana was reported from the waters of the Persian Gulf (Marin, 2010), but currently it is not clear if the photographed species is the same speccies. Apparently, this shrimp has two other species named M.psamathe and M.paeneglabra. Collection of live animals will be needed for accurate identifification to the species level.
